Vendas de produtos da linha de Biologia Molecular, além de Triagem Neonatal e Pré-Natal:

Pipetadores automáticos;

Automação pré-analítica;

Extração de DNA - kits e instrumentos;

Purificação de DNA;

Eletroforese capilar;

Sequenciamento de DNA;

Sequenciamento NGS;

Sistema de Imunoensaio em papel filtro;

Picotadores automáticos para amostras em papel filtro;

Leitores de Microtilulação;

Hemoglobinopatias

Espectrometria de Massas.

Atividades:

a. Cumpre as metas estabelecidas no Plano de Vendas, desenvolvendo novas oportunidades, segmentos, clientes, acompanhando o desenvolvimento dos negócios, implementando ações comerciais e técnicas que atendam às necessidades do mercado.
b. Visita regularmente os clientes potenciais com a finalidade de identificar oportunidades de negócios e divulgar os produtos e soluções de sua divisão.
c. Reconhece e desenvolve clientes estrategicamente importantes, visitando-os com frequência, identificando suas necessidades e desenvolvendo ações para alavancar novos negócios.
d. Monitora continuamente o nível de satisfação do cliente, orientando-o comercial e tecnicamente, registrando suas expectativas, percepções e reclamações, para determinar ações comerciais.
e. Mantém continuamente atualizado o banco de dados dos clientes.
f. Acompanha o andamento dos pedidos recebidos, interferindo em casos de dificuldades, para assegurar o rápido atendimento.
g. Elabora relatório de vendas, comparando real e previsto justificando eventuais variações e indicando ações corretivas.
h. Monitora oportunidade de negócios nas regiões de cobertura de representantes comerciais de região de sua carteira de clientes.
i. Elabora Relatório Mensal de Despesas, detalhando as gastos efetuados segundo o Roteiro de Visitas.
j. Fornece suporte técnico aos representantes de vendas e equipe de serviços, orientando na definição da configuração correta do equipamento/software face às necessidades do cliente.
k. Contribui na elaboração propostas de vendas de equipamentos, consumíveis e reagentes, de acordo com as necessidades identificadas, as condições de vendas acertadas e as diretrizes internas.
l. Monitora a ação dos concorrentes em relação aos produtos, preços, território e atividades de Marketing, para orientações mercadológicas.
m. Participa de seminários, workshops, congressos e eventos locais para promover a empresa e seus produtos.
