Responsibilities
Location Santiago, CL Job ID REQ-054680Enter and report purchase orders.
Make national and international purchases
Carry out and control foreign trade operations
Provide information to internal customers on the status of their orders.
Streamline import process
Supplier Evaluation
Maintain constant contact with the different plants of the corporation, for the correct processing of our purchase orders
Issue and review shipping documents
Take international transport insurance
Review and process custom statements.
Carry out all its processes in accordance with the specific corporate policies and procedures of the area.
Prepare the import folders and deliver a copy of the documents to accounting in an orderly manner.
Prepare the cost of imports.
