The Commercial Excellence Leader will work closely with Americas GM and Sr. Staff. From day one, this role will have an immediate impact on our regional integration activities, productivity, strategic initiative execution, program management, and in general ensuring effective communication and execution on objectives across a wide range of businesses and functional groups.

The result of is this role will be increased organizational bandwidth to evaluate and execute strategic initiatives, bring our documentation and execution across the region to a ‘world class’ level, and help ensure tight alignment and follow through on all initiatives in line with AOP and corporate commitments.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business analysis and consulting, with a special focus on executive-level advising, interdepartmental collaboration, and project management.   The main charter of the role is to help drive world class strategic discipline, execution, and integration.

Objectives of this Role

  • Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of GM
  • Assist and communicate with executive level decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation
  • Provide oversight and guidance on regional integration strategies and activities
  • Review, design, and execute on improvements to org structure and GTM, identify knowledge and skills gaps and help address them

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as PMO for ‘critical to success’ projects
  • Serve as regional leader for integration activities, coordinating with ITO and Acquisition leads
  • Partner with GM, Sr. Director of Finance, and relevant stakeholders on regional commercial strategy
  • Lead market research in line with growth initiatives both current and future
  • Develop business cases in partnership with regional leaders for key initiatives, track execution and evaluate against goals
  • Ensure all initiatives are supported by high quality VOC, VOM, VOS, etc..
  • Work with Competitive Intel Office, IR Office, and other key stakeholders to provide AMER specific competitive benchmarks and provide actionable insights
  • Partner with the Regional Leaders in the coordination, development and dissemination of regional offsites, strategic reviews, operating reviews, QBRs, kickoffs in coordination with other key stakeholders.
  • Planning, preparation and execution of operating reviews as needed

Basic Qualifications

  • BS/BA or equivalent 10+ Sales Management experience required.
  • 5+ years in a business or consulting role
  • 10+ Sales, Service, or Product Management experience required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or similar field
  • Track record of demonstrated leadership in a matrixed organization with cross functional teams to drive initiatives; Demonstrated success in remote management of a professional team.
  • Strong executive presence
  • Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
  • Excellent communicator in presentation, written, and verbal form
  • Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity
  • Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives
  • Deep experience with market data analysis
  • Consulting experience with a focus on market and GTM analysis
  • Proven success in a project coordination role
  • Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions
  • Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
