Responsibilities
Location Hinjawadi, Pune, Maharashtra, Mahārāshtra IN Job ID REQ-057069Messaging & Hybrid Infrastructure · Architect and manage Microsoft Exchange Hybrid environments, ensuring seamless mail flow, free/busy synchronization, and identity integration between on-premises Exchange and Exchange Online. · Lead complex mailbox migrations and troubleshoot high-level transport or synchronization issues. Endpoint Management & Modern Deployment · Design and oversee Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) policies for Windows, iOS, and Android devices. · Implement and refine Windows Autopilot workflows to achieve "zero-touch" deployment for end-user hardware. · Develop configuration profiles, compliance policies, and application packaging standards. Security & Threat Protection · Deploy and manage the Microsoft Defender suite (Defender for Endpoint, Office 365, and Identity). · Architect Conditional Access policies to enforce Zero Trust principles. · Respond to and remediate advanced threats identified within the Microsoft 365 Defender portal. Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) · Utilize Microsoft Purview to implement Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Sensitivity Labels, and Retention Policies. · Configure eDiscovery and audit logging to meet legal and regulatory requirements. · Lead the internal "Secure Score" improvement initiatives.
Basic Qualifications
· Expertise in M365 Core Services: Deep knowledge of Entra ID (formerly Azure AD),
SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
· Hybrid Specialist: Proven track record with Exchange Hybrid Configuration Wizard (HCW) and
Entra Connect.
· Security Native: Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Defender and Sentinel integration.
· Automation: Proficiency in PowerShell for automating M365 administrative tasks and
reporting.
Certifications (Preferred):
· Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102)
· Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate (SC-200)
Soft Skills
· Strategic Vision: Ability to create 12–24 month roadmaps for digital transformation.
· Communication: Capable of explaining complex technical architectures to non-technical
stakeholders (C-suite).
· Problem Solving: A methodical approach to troubleshooting complex synchronization and
security incidents.
