Functieomschrijving:
Als OneSource Service Engineer ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor het functioneren (inclusief onderhoud) van instrumenten en apparatuur. Je ondersteunt gebruikers in het optimaal gebruik van deze apparatuur. Hierbij zijn de overeengekomen doelstellingen, een efficiënte tijdsindeling met een goede voorbereiding van je eigen werkzaamheden van groot belang. Je standplaats is Oss.
Je profiel:
- HBO of HTS of equivalent in Electro-mechanica of Electronics met kennis van Chemie als een plus.
- Of HBO of HTS of equivalent in Chemie met basiskennis van elektronica als een must.
- Field Service-ervaring: minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in het uitvoeren van reparaties, on-site onderhoud, validatie en installatie van laboratoriuminstrumenten met bijbehorende accessoires. Kennis van GxP is een pre.
- Ervaring met een van de volgende technieken is een pre: GC,
- HPLC, LC/LC-MS, bij voorkeur met Waters en Agilent apparatuur.
- Je hebt ervaring met databases, CRM en Microsoft Office. Kennis van CDS Empower is een pre.
- Je hebt een sterke klantfocus, bent actie- en resultaatgericht en je werkt graag zelfstandig maar ook in teamverband.
- Je hebt kennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

The purpose of the OneSource Customer Service Engineer is support the OneSource Enterprise program at our client facility based in Oss.
With deep industry knowledge, OneSource addresses our clients’ lab requirements to help optimize their business outcomes, delivering everything from everyday instrument repair to data integrity services. OneSource takes a one-of-kind managed approach, utilizing a powerful, interwoven suite of solutions including analytics, compliance, laboratory computing, scientific lab support, asset management, lab relocation, and other services.
Responsibilities
Performs maintenance, repair and validation of laboratory instruments and their accessories
Organizes routine maintenance activity allocated on a monthly basis using client CMMS
Maintains inventory of service parts, tools and test equipment
Actively demonstrates compliance with performance targets
Ensures that all tools and test equipment are calibrated and valid to perform services required
Makes returns of all fully completed service documentation including Service Reports, Time Sheets, Expenses Claims, etc, routinely as required
Coordinates and manages all third party vendor activity onsite
Maintains high level of customer satisfaction while performing the above
Person Specification:
Qualifications
Able to read and write in Dutch and English.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (HBO, HTS) in Electronics or Chemistry
If bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electronics, Chemistry knowledge is a plus
If bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Chemistry, an affinity for electronics and hands-on experience with instruments is a must
Experience
Previous Field Service experience and / or experience as lab technician working with analytical laboratory equipment
Scientific and technical background or knowledge in relevant analytical disciplines is a definite plus especially Gas Chromatography (GC), Liquid Chromatography (LC)
Previous experience of servicing Waters, Agilent or Beckman Coulter instruments an advantage
Familiarity with GxP and CDS Empower preferred
