Job Description

PerkinElmer OneSource team is seeking a Service Support Assistant with Dutch language skills to coordinate the repair and maintenance of customer laboratory instrumentation in The Netherlands.

You will be part of the local team in the Oss office.

Responsibilities

  • Process, manage and monitor customer requests and ensure compliance with contractual conditions according to the desired services.
  • Plan preventive and/or repair maintenance as well as validation services with internal teams and 3rd party providers.
  • Creation of Purchase Orders and tracking of services delivered.
  • Work with finance organization to invoice services outside of contractual coverage.
  • Ensure compliance with the documentary review, within a quality framework
  • Update the database and support the customer on a daily basis in their activity

Your profile:

  • Approx. 3 years of experience in the field of Sales Administration, Customer Service or Procurement.
  • Good English and Dutch written and spoken skills.
  • A bias for action and high level of commitment to customer
  • Able to work effectively within a team and an individual.
  • Organized with good time management skills.

IT literate with previous experience of SAP an advantage
