Our OneSource team is growing and frequently hiring new Customer Support Engineers. Our Customer Support Team is responsible for maintaining a high standard, professional customer support used by customers throughout the region. The Customer Service Engineer will act as the face for the company, making sure our customer needs are met with high quality.
Our end to end customer solution includes full installed base management: assets inventory, maintenance and calibration planning, field service execution (both PM/OQ and repairs), and GxP compliant documentation.
Day to day activities include service & field service positions; carrying our repairs; maintenance and installation of instrumentation and their accessories.
Our customers work within Food, Life Sciences, Diagnostics, Applied Markets, Informatics, Services and Perkin Elmer Genomics.
Our main product lines are ICP / ICP MS, Chromatography, Spectroscopy, Life Science, Applied Genomics & Reproductive Health.
Our offering is enlarged to Third Party Vendor brands.
Supporting our client with software updates; qualification and process optimization.
Ensures accurate documentation is in place.
Collaboration with the sales, service and customer care teams.
Technically minded individual who enjoys problem solving and inter-disciplinary collaboration and communication.
Relevant education (e.g Chemistry, chemical engineering, electrical engineering, or laboratory sciences) preferred.
Some experience in a Customer Service Environment, preferably with analytical and clinical instrument applications.
We welcome applications from candidates with relevant experience from aligned industries.
Good communications skills both in English and either French, German or Italian.
