Position Overview

The Diagnostics Software Services team is seeking two Co-Op Software Integration Engineers to join our team. This individual will be part of a dynamic group of engineers responsible for documenting, deploying, validating, and supporting newborn screening software applications in North American and Latin American laboratories.

Our team provides software tools that manage our customers’ laboratory work-flow and help enable the early detection of certain life-threatening genetic and metabolic disorders in newborn babies.  If detected and treated soon enough, most babies will be able to live healthy, normal lives.  To learn more about newborn screening please visit http://www.savebabies.org/.

The Software Integration Co-Op position requires constant team and customer interaction. In this position you will learn how to use, configure, and support our software, work with customers to determine and document their requirements, and support their processes.
