Responsible for Service operation & coordination with service engineers and customers. warehouse management, and SP/LP customs clearance.
Service operation & coordination
- Label products accurately and strictly in accordance with customer orders and specifications.
- Upload required documents, reports, and supporting materials to customer portals timely and correctly.
- Track order status, update records, and provide timely feedback to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain data integrity in operation systems and customer portals.
- Communicate with customers to clarify order information, resolve basic operation inquiries, and ensure service satisfaction.
Warehouse management
- Be responsible for goods receiving, picking, packing and shipment arrangement.
- Maintain warehouse inventory data in ERP or WMS system, update stock records timely.
- Prepare inbound & outbound documents, verify picking list, delivery note and packing list.
- Conduct regular inventory reconciliation, sort out inventory discrepancy reports and follow up adjustments.
- Sort, file and archive warehouse-related paperwork and electronic documents.
- Monitor stock status, identify slow-moving or obsolete materials and report to supervisor.
- Assist in preparing monthly warehouse operation reports.
- Communicate with internal departments to resolve inventory and delivery issues.
Customs clearance management for SP/LP
- Prepare and review full set of import/export customs documents: commercial invoice, packing list, contract, bill of lading/air waybill, customs declaration form, etc.
- Conduct accurate commodity code (HS code) classification and tariff calculation for imported/exported goods.
- Communicate and coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers and warehouses to resolve clearance issues.
- Ensure compliance with customs policies, import/export regulations, tax requirements and trade control rules.
- Track and settle customs duties, taxes and related fees; maintain customs records and filing for audit.
