Key Responsibilities:

Platform Support & Stabilization:

· Data Extraction and Manipulation: Extract, clean, transform, and load data from various

sources, including Oracle DWH and Amazon Redshift, using tools like SQL and Alteryx.

· Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions. · Report and Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive and insightful reports and dashboards using PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators and business metrics. · Business Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders from different business units to understand their data and reporting needs, translating them into actionable analytical solutions. · Collaboration with Enterprise Application Teams: Partner with enterprise application teams to understand data flows, data quality, and ensure data integrity for reporting and analysis. · Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to answer specific business questions and provide timely insights. · Data Quality Assurance: Participate in data quality initiatives to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data used for analysis and reporting. · Documentation: Create and maintain clear and concise documentation for data sources, analytical processes, reports, and dashboards. · Presentation of Findings: Communicate analytical findings and recommendations effectively to business stakeholders through presentations and reports. · Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve data analysis processes, reporting methodologies, and the utilization of analytical tools. · Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation for data workflows, platform configurations, and operational processes. · Compliance: Adhere to and enforce data security policies and compliance requirements for the data warehouse environments.

Basic Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics,

Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

· Minimum of 5-8 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.

· Strong proficiency in SQL and experience querying relational databases, particularly Oracle

DWH and Amazon Redshift.

· Hands-on experience with data visualization tools, with a strong preference for PowerBI.

· Proven experience using Alteryx for data preparation, blending, and advanced analytics.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and

translate it into actionable insights.

· Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to

non-technical audiences.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing

multiple priorities.

· Experience working with diverse business units and understanding their unique data needs is

highly desirable.

· A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong attention to detail.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team

environment.

Preferred Characteristics

· Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. · Exposure to data lake concepts and technologies (e.g., AWS S3, Apache Spark, Hadoop) is a plus. · Familiarity with enterprise application data (e.g., ERP, CRM, SCM) is a plus. · Experience with other tools like Tableau is a plus. · Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance practices · Experience working effectively in a global, matrixed organization. · Ability to drive outcomes in a highly complex matrix environment which is often amorphous. · Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and customer focus. · Continuously upskill the team to stay aligned with evolving technology trends and business needs.
