Responsibilities
Location Kraków, PL Job ID REQ-056203Role Purpose
Generating service revenue by driving and closing sale of company service/maintenance contracts. Proposes, manages and executes customer contracts to drive product penetration and services revenue. Creates and delivers services sales strategies and leverages service offerings to address customer needs. Works with legal, development, support and partner organizations.
Hybrid working model, Krakow, Quattro Business Park (3days office)
Responsibilities:
Developing market share for core services, securing existing customers and re-acquiring former customers.
Maintaining business reports and prospect lists in existing systems
Preparation of quotations
Active involvement in lead generation
Interface with service leadership and cross-functional teams as needed to resolve customer issues.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (ideally in natural sciences) or higher
Proven sales skills and sales success stories
Good knowledge of common IT tools (MS-Office, Salesforce, SAP and Service Max a Plus)
Excellent written and spoken Polish and English skills
Excellent written and spoken English skills
Additional language knowledge for Nordic countries like Swedish, in oral and written form, can be a great plus
