Location Kraków, PL Job ID REQ-057201We are looking for an experienced Purchasing Specialist with French language skills. The person will support the OneSource team.
Hybrid working model, Krakow, Quattro Business Park (3-day office)
Role description:
Review, analyze, and process incoming purchase requisitions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with internal procurement policies and GMP requirements
Coordinate and execute purchasing activities in a timely and cost-effective manner to support uninterrupted operations
Request and evaluate quotes from approved suppliers and contract service providers, ensuring quality, compliance, and competitive pricing
Maintain accuracy and integrity of purchasing data in systems, ensuring audit readiness and regulatory compliance
Monitor supplier performance, cost, and contract scope to ensure best value, quality, and service levels
Identify and develop new, qualified supply sources when existing vendors no longer meet performance, compliance, or cost expectations
Recommend cost-saving initiatives, including alternative sourcing strategies, supplier consolidation, and process optimization to increase efficiency and reduce purchasing and procurement risk
Responsible for consistently meeting Purchasing targets and contributing to the achievement of departmental KPIs
Role requirements:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, or Management preferred
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Strategic Sourcing, preferably within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector
Fluent in French (spoken and written)
Ability to work effectively within a team and as an individual
High level of integrity and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and with international suppliers
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Proficiency in using the SAP system and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
