In this role, the Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for providing financial oversight and support for our dynamic and fast-paced Perten Sales team. We are looking for a motivated and strategic teammate with a keen eye for detail that flourishes in a collaborative environment. In this high-visibility and high-impact role, you will lead activities including budgeting, forecasting, ad hoc analysis, process improvement and more, to help drive the commercial success of our business.
Responsibilities
Lead overall financial management and forecasting process across assigned region, presenting findings to business leaders, and providing recommendations to achieve financial targets.
Analyze monthly P&L performance, conduct variance analysis against forecasts, and identify market trends to offer actionable insights to business leaders.
Collaborate with commercial and operations teams to drive informed financial decision-making, contributing to strategic planning, annual budgeting, and business reviews.
Conduct ad hoc financial analysis, leveraging complex data to provide meaningful recommendations to business leaders that drive business decisions and opportunities for financial improvement.
Proactively drive cross-functional process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting or years of experience in Finance and Accounting
2 years of experience in Commercial Finance business partnership
3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
Advanced knowledge in MS Excel
Fluent in English (at least CEFR C1 level)

Experience working in a matrixed, multi-cultural, global organization.
Demonstrated success of collaborating with business leaders and cross-functional colleagues.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical information into actionable business insights.
History of leading cross-functional projects focused on process improvements.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with SAP, Hyperion (HFM/Essbase), Business Objects, Advanced Excel skills
