As Senior Finance Analyst, Business Partner, you'll be the go-to financial advisor for Legal, HR, Corporate Affairs, and other G&A functions, helping leaders understand their costs, find the story behind the numbers, and solve real business problems alongside teams like GL, HR, and Operations.

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Financial Analyst who thrives in a collaborative, business-facing environment. This role offers significant ownership, exposure to senior leaders, and the opportunity to accelerate your development in a fast-paced organization.

Hybrid working model, Krakow, Quattro Business Park (3 days per week from the office) ​​

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as trusted finance business partner for Legal, HR, Corporate Affairs, and other G&A functions, translating budgets and financial data into clear, actionable insight.

  • Own the annual budgeting process and monthly/quarterly forecasting for your functions, tracking performance against plan.

  • Prepare monthly reporting packages (actuals vs. budget, forecast, and prior year) and deliver deep-dive analyses of cost drivers, KPIs, headcount trends, and cost allocation impacts to leadership.

  • Partner cross-functionally with GL, HR, Operations, and finance leadership to identify root causes, drive practical solutions, and lead process-improvement initiatives.

  • Perform ad hoc analysis to turn complex data into a clear financial story for business leaders.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's and/or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

  • 4+ years' experience as a Financial Analyst.

  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills; working knowledge of SAP, Hyperion, and Business Objects strongly preferred; familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools is a plus.

  • Fluent in English (CEFR C1 or higher).

  • History of leading cross-functional projects focused on process improvement.

  • Curiosity and openness to using AI and automation tools to streamline reporting, analysis, and forecasting.

  • Willingness to learn and develop functional understanding of the G&A functions supported.
