Krakow, hybrid (3 days from the office)

Purpose

The Senior Data Analyst will support the Finance team in gathering, analyzing, and presenting data insights to our senior leadership team that will help drive business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
  • Leverage automation skills to streamline processes and enhance access to real time data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Design, create and enhance dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against strategic goals.
  • Ensure data accuracy and reliability by implementing quality assurance measures.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 4+ years of related business experience in Finance.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI preferred) and data analysis and manipulation tools (Alteryx (preferred), Python, R).
  • Fluent in English at least CEFR C1 level.

Preferred Characteristics

  • Experience in understanding issues, analyzing data, deriving conclusions and developing practical solutions.
  • Experience in accessing, querying, and manipulating data within ERP systems and enterprise applications, e.g., SAP, Oracle Hyperion and Business Objects.
  • Experience working in a global team.
  • Team player with a strong sense of personal responsibility and integrity.
