We are looking for Lab Computing Analyst who will be responsible for supporting user account administration for our OneSource Customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User access management (account provisioning, permissions, credentials)

  • Remote access setup and basic troubleshooting

  • Windows (and possibly Linux) system configuration

  • Software/hardware installation assistance

  • First-contact incident management

  • Ticket routing and escalation

  • Standard operating procedures

  • User education and guidance

  • Other duties as assigned by management or requested by the client.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills complimented by an ability to listen to and interpret client requests.

  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technology issues.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to identify, track and complete tasks for multiple projects under prescribed timeframes.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant industry experience.

  • 2+ years of technical experience including (but not limited to); Windows technologies including Microsoft Office, networking, remote computing and backup systems.

  • Experience with scientific instrumentation is a plus

  • Experience in Life Science environment is a plus
