As an Intern in the GlobalTravel Program team, who will be responsible for performing travel expenses in Concur and administrative tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of travel & expenses transactions.

This internship will provide you with valuable insights into the financial operations of a large organization and enhance your skills in travel & expenses area.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the generic mailbox and responding to employee inquiries in a timely manner,

  • Preparing periodic reports related to travel and expense (T&E) activities,

  • Handling corporate credit cards, including issuing new cards, closing accounts and adjusting credit limits,

  • Administering employee accounts in the Concur system, ensuring accurate setup and maintenance,

  • Managing the offboarding process for departing employee, including closing relevant accounts. 

Basic Qualifications

  • Student of Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Very good level of English

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation tasks

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Characteristics

  • Familiarity with Concur system will be an advantage

  • Flexible and open to learning new processes and technologies

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
