Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated Intern to join our Krakow Service Operations Team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

This is a hybrid working model with several days in the office.

Evening working hours: starting time between 12 -3 pm

Role description:

• Reviews, analyzes and processes incoming purchase requisitions

• Coordinates purchasing activities in a cost effective and timely manner

• Requests quotes from suppliers for a purchase of specific services

• Responsible for purchasing and procurement data input and integrity

• Monitors the cost and scope of suppliers to negotiate highest quality at best value

• Working with Excel files to report work status and trends

Role requirements:

• Current student status

• Willingness to work afternoon/night hours

• B.A/B.S. Degree preferred

• Fluent English (at least B2 level)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Excel

• Ability to work effectively within a team and as an individual.

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

• Accurate and diligent at work, analysis skills, confident and willing to learn

• Initial experience in Purchasing, order entry, customer service in a team-based environment will be an asset

• Evening working hours: (12:00-00:00)
