Location Kraków, PL Job ID REQ-055668The Inside Sales Specialist is part of the North Europe Commercial Organization and plays a key role in driving aftermarket growth for the German market.
This position focuses on developing existing customer relationships and maximizing consumables and minor accessories sales across the installed base.
Within a clearly defined territory, you will be expected to work independently, prioritize opportunities, and take ownership of commercial outcomes, while collaborating closely with Service, Customer Care, Field Sales, and Product Specialists to support sustainable business growth.
The portfolio includes consumables for PerkinElmer’s Analytical product lines (AA, MAS, LC, GC, IR, UV, ICP, TEA).

Role is an inside sales role based in the Krakow (PL) office (Hybrid work)
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow the German aftermarket territory, with responsibility for consumables and minor accessories performance.
Drive profitable revenue growth across the existing customer base by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and retention opportunities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a reliable commercial point of contact.
Work closely with Service Engineers and Service Contract teams to translate installed-base activity into sales opportunities.
Prepare and manage quotations, tenders, and customer-specific offers using SAP, SFDC, and CRM tools.
Promote digital purchasing channels and standing order agreements during customer interactions.
Analyze customer buying patterns, installed base data, and market signals to identify and prioritize growth opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and timely resolution of customer needs.
Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast, and activity reporting in line with team standards.
Role requirements:
Fluent German and good working knowledge of English.
Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in B2B or technical environments.
Experience in aftermarket, consumables, services, or installed-base sales is an advantage.
Chemistry or technical background is a plus; full product training will be provided.
Ability to work independently, organize priorities, and manage a defined territory.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
Results-oriented mindset with a strong customer service ethic.
