We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our account team at PerkinElmer.

As part of the operations team, you will play a crucial role in providing data administration activities associated with the lifecycle management and maintenance of laboratory equipment for a leading biopharmaceutical company.

Hybrid working model, Krakow, Quattro Business Park (3days office)

It's a fixed term contract until February 2028

Key Responsibilities:

Work Order Management

  • Create SAP Notification and Work Order in client system on receipt of new customer request from OneSource Portal.

  • Confirm, attach service report, and close SAP Work Orders and Notification on completion of work in the client system for both requests and scheduled activities.

  • Export SAP work orders from client system daily.

  • Run Alteryx work flows to push new information from client system to PE system.

  • Review and balance open work orders in PE and client system to ensure systems are in sync.

Equipment Records

  • Export SAP equipment data from the client database

  • Push in updates to PE systems for equipment data changes (lab moves, new installations etc.)

Qualification & Experience:

Essential

  • Strong IT Skills for typical Microsoft Office Applications.

  • Pragmatic, conscientious approach to the tasks required.

Preferred

  • Experience with SAP application

  • Qualifiacitons/Experience with data adminsitration operations

  • Experience of working in data input or data analysis,

  • Experience of laboratories and familiarity with laboratory equipment

Competencies:

  • Ability to articulate with technically oriented people, quickly establish rapport, gain their confidence, respect and trust.

  • Communicate timely program information internally, discuss troubleshooting/repair situations with customers, in a professional, cost effective manner, utilizing poise, tact and diplomacy to obtain cooperation and results.

  • Escalate problems to manager or the appropriate program leader or customer program contact for strategy development and participation as appropriate.
