The Contracts Specialist plans and oversees enterprise-level support and service activities for company products and services for a designated client or group of clients. Ensures quality service and operational performance within the parameters of program and delivery standards. Develops client relationship and understanding of client business and product installations to identify service needs, plan service delivery and drive use of proactive service and support mechanisms to reduce client downtime and support costs. Acts as single point of client contact to coordinate resolution of service incidents and escalation of technical issues. Collaborates with sales and support groups to demonstrate value of support offering to client and identify opportunities for expanded support business.

Priorities and Objectives

  • Invoice creation and customization for OneSource service contracts

  • Ensuring accuracy of varied contract coverage offered

  • Equipment change management - adds, deletes and changes of OneSource instruments

  • Quality checks for contracts and customer invoices, regular progress reporting

  • Monitoring contract renewals and supporting local Sales and Delivery teams

Additional Responsibilities

  • Working closely with financial team to ensure accurate financial performance reporting

  • Supporting ongoing continuous improvements for the OneSource business

  • Monitoring contract renewal dates and supporting local Sales and Delivery teams

  • Developing meaningful performance measures, indicators and metrics

  • Participating in additional projects like Robotics Process Automation

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree, preferably economic or technical disciplines

  • 1-3 year back-office experience, preferably with SAP (SD/FI) or other ERP systems

  • Self-motivated individual with strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Open-minded, enthusiasm and openness for change and innovation

  • Experience with Microsoft Office with a focus on very good Excel skills

  • Fluent English
