We are looking for Associate Purchasing Specialist to join our team in Krakow.

This is a late shift role (starting between 3 pm to 5 pm), working in the hybrid model (3 days in the office).

Role description:

  • Reviews, analyzes and processes incoming purchase requisitions

  • Coordinates purchasing activities in a cost effective and timely manner

  • Requests quotes from suppliers for a purchase of specific services

  • Responsible for purchasing and procurement data input and integrity

  • Performs cost analysis and volume planning for external services

  • Monitors the cost and scope of suppliers to negotiate highest quality at best value

  • Develops new service sources where existing suppliers are no longer competitive

  • May recommend other cost savings and avoidance proposals

Requirements:

  • B.A/B.S. Degree preferred

  • First experiences in purchasing, order entry, customer service in a team-based environment

  • Fluent English (at least B2 level)

  • Ability to work effectively within a team and as an individual.

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

  • Organization and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Excel
