Currently, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who will be responsible for the recruitment of technical & functional professionals and developing recruitment strategies using various sourcing techniques.
Responsibilities:
Manage full cycle recruitment process for all level positions across MEAT Region & Poland.
Work closely with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop a hiring strategy for each role.
Prepare and process hiring documentation in collaboration with the Human Resources department.
Implement brand confidence and retention practices amongst newly recruited talent.
Continually network with both active and passive external talent to build a proactive talent pipeline.
Provide direction and counsel to Hiring Managers and Human Resource partners
Coach Hiring Managers on the interview and selection process to ensure optimal selection of candidates for available positions
Ensure that all recruitment and selection activities are in compliance with legal regulations and company policies and procedures
Develop and undertake various Employer Branding activities to increase brand reach, both internally and externally.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related field.
min. 5 year successful recruiting experience.
Experience with leveraging social media to source and attract talent.
Demonstrating business thinking and acumen.
Ability to work independently under deadline pressure.
