The Rewards & Well-Being team is responsible for the development, management, and governance of programs that align employee rewards with company objectives and values, and support the overall physical, emotional, social, and financial well-being of employees and their families. We are a global team of experts and consultants who partner closely with the business and regional HR teams to deliver creative and practical rewards programs and solutions in today’s competitive global talent marketplace.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources or related field
Strong global rewards experience; deep expertise and knowledge of regional markets in Europe
Critical thinking skills with the ability to research and analyze data drawn from multiple sources to find problems and make effective recommendations and influence decisions
Strong knowledge of the technical and compliance/regulatory aspects of Compensation
Good interpersonal and communication skills with strong stakeholder orientation; ability to translate complex & technical information for clear stakeholder understanding
Ability to influence, build relationships, understand organizational complexities, manage conflict, and effective navigate change within a global, matrix organization.

Participates in the development & execution of employee rewards communication and education strategies

Partners closely with business, HR, finance, and legal leaders to understand needs and provide rewards insights to support strategic business decisions.
Partners with colleagues to strategically assess and benchmark regional programs, building a roadmap to address critical gaps and determine priority areas

Partners with global team members to build internal tools to manage compensation decisions; documentation and implementation of compensation philosophy, guidelines and administrative processes
Partners with colleagues across HR, Finance and Legal to ensure that the current benefit portfolio conforms with strategy, policies, regulatory standards and operating practices
