Location Newbridge, KildareIE Job ID REQ-056103PerkinElmer are seeking a Senior Service Engineer to lead our service delivery efforts in the Dublin area. Our team and clients are expanding, and we’re seeking a lead engineer to support a small cluster of accounts in and around Dublin. If you’re an experienced GMP Chromatography engineer, who is looking for less travel time, and more time in front of clients making happy customers, then this may be the right role for you.

Requirements:
You Are:

- A skilled problem solver, able to break complex problems into digestible pieces, not intimidated by complex or multi-visit repairs.
- An excellent communicator. Clearly, professionally, and proactively communicating with all stake holders.
- Skilled at prioritizing and time management. Always putting customers and their issue resolution first, balancing scheduled service and administrative work
- Excited to leverage data and analytics to assess instrument performance trends and continually suggest improved methods of working and increasing instrument uptime while reducing customer spend.
You Should Have :
- Ideally a Bachelor’s degree in a Chemistry related field and/or a minimum of 6 years of Chromatography repair, PM and OQ execution experience, multiple platforms or manufacturers experience strongly desired.
- Certification in analytical instrumentation from a recognized vendor (e.g., Agilent, Waters).
- GxP certification or extensive training with proven experience in working in GxP-compliant environments and adhering to GxP documentation practices.
- Proficiency in using common Chromatography software such as Empower, or similar platforms.
- A desire to support a few clients deeply, learning the nuances of their operations and serving as the face of our delivery organization to a select few clients
