Responsibilities

• 根据客户需求制定生产计划，及时交付，提升客户满意度

Release production plan to manufacturing team according to the customer demand. Achieve the on-time delivery target and increase the customer satisfaction.

• 监控库存水平，确保库存数量准确，避免缺货或过剩

Monitor stock levels, ensure accuracy, and prevent shortage /over stocks

• 定期分析库存周转率，提出优化建议

Analysis inventory turnover rate and propose optimization strategies.

• 根据历史数据，销售预测和客户需求制定采购及补货计划

Develop procurement/replenishment plans based on historical data, sales forecast and customer demand.

• 协调采购，生产和销售部门，确保供需平衡

Coordinate with procurement, production and sales team to balance supply and demand.

• 识别流程瓶颈，提出成本节约或效率提升方案

Identify bottlenecks and propose cost-saving or process improvement solutions.

• 计划相关工作经验，本科以上学历
• related work experience, bachelor’s degree or above.
• 熟悉Office软件应用

Familiar with Office software application

• 身体健康，责任心强，抗压能力强

Good health, strong sense of responsibility and strong pressure resistance.

• 八年以上计划工作经验，能熟练操作SAP系统，有SAP成品发货操作经验, 有工厂搬迁、系统上线工作经验的优先考虑

More than eight years planning experience, SAP product delivery experience is preferred; Skillfully operate SAP system, SAP finished product delivery operation experience；Experience in plant transfer and system launch is preferred.
