Responsibilities
Location Jiangsu, JiangsuCN Job ID REQ-055034- Company VIP/government officer/Key customer visit reception and preparation
- Daily janitorial service management with 3rd contractors including performance rating and improvement action.
- Company dormitory management from facility management perspective (electricity, water, AC, safety…)
- Shuttle bus/canteen (food delivery) service daily management
- Utilities billing documentation collection and claim with landlord and finance team
- Co-work with FM contractors on facility/equipment maintenance case including but not limited to the operation and maintenance of the HVAC air conditioning system, electricity, process cooling water, compressed air, vacuum, lighting, etc.
- Co-work with FM contractors on spare parts purchasing and replacement
- Co-work with general contractors on the facility maintenance issue follow-up
- Device performance monitoring and providing optimization suggestions.
- Other tasks that manager assigned
