Job Summary:

An experienced and customer-focused Service Sales Specialist to drive the sales of service products within the designated region. The ideal candidate will possess strong market insight, client management skills, and technical sales expertise to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales Execution

  • Responsible for selling service products in the assigned territory, developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and promote company products, solutions, and innovative services to existing and potential clients/partners.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain and deepen long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular customer visits, analyze evolving needs, and provide customized solutions.

Sales Opportunity Management

  • Identify and nurture potential sales opportunities to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical support, customer service) to ensure prompt response to customer requirements.

Market & Competitive Analysis

  • Gather market trends and competitor intelligence to support strategic sales adjustments.
  • Participate in industry exhibitions, technical seminars, and other events to enhance brand presence.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry, Food Science, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in laboratory products, pharmaceutical equipment, or related industries, with solid technical knowledge.
  • Prior experience in service sales or solution sales is a plus.
