1. 领导责任Leadership responsibilities
Leader and chairperson of Project Core Team (CT); team representative to senior management.
Manage and drive, with the CT, the strategy, quality, objectives, planning, and implementation of the projects including definition of the technical requirements.
Setting timelines, milestones and budgets and monitoring progress of activities and budget against project plan.
Driving decision making, inside and outside of the team and identifying and ensuring resolution of conflicts and problems.
Ensuring feasible manufacturability of the new product in collaboration with the relevant parties and ensuring successful implementation in new production lines
To produce and update, in collaboration with CT, the key project documents to support Design and PACE reviews, regulatory submissions and other project related documentation (DHF, development plan, schedule and budget, project status reports, project presentations etc) and to ensure their timely distribution.

Be the central communication and information point for the project, and key networker with project stakeholders across the company.
Timely and appropriate communication of project status according to established practice.
Facilitate team-building in Core Teams (and the wider project team(s))
Motivating and coaching to become an efficient team, including performance feedback
Promoting a common understanding, joint ownership and responsibility.

Participating in development of project management processes and skills of the organization
Help complete temporary task assigned by supervisor.
