1.       领导责任Leadership responsibilities 

作为项目核心团队(CT)的主导负责人,同时也是向高层管理者汇报的团队代表;

Leader and chairperson of Project Core Team (CT); team representative to senior management.

管理,督促项目核心团队,战略目标,质量要求,具体目标,计划、项目的实施进度以及技术要求的确认等。

Manage and drive, with the CT, the strategy, quality, objectives, planning, and  implementation of the projects including definition of the technical requirements.

  设定时间线,里程碑及预算,追踪项目进行的各项进程及项目预算控制;

Setting timelines, milestones and budgets and monitoring progress of activities and budget against project plan.

推动内外部团队的决策,识别并确保问题和冲突的有效解决;

Driving decision making, inside and outside of the team and identifying and ensuring resolution of conflicts and problems.

与相关部门合作,确保新产品工艺的可行性,同时确保新产线的顺利运行;

Ensuring feasible manufacturability of the new product in collaboration with the relevant parties and ensuring successful implementation in new production lines

与核心团队合作,制定并更新关键项目文件,支持设计和PACE回顾,注册提交及其他项目相关文件(DHF,发展计划,时间表,预算,项目状态报告,项目陈述等等),确保及时率。

To produce and update, in collaboration with CT, the key project documents to support Design and PACE reviews, regulatory submissions and other project related documentation (DHF, development plan, schedule and budget, project status reports, project presentations etc) and to ensure their timely distribution.

2.       团队管理责任Interaction and team management responsibilities 

·    作为项目沟通和信息汇总的中心,同时也作为公司项目利益相关者的沟通者; 

Be the central communication and information point for the project, and key networker with project stakeholders across the company. 

·    按照惯例及时适当的沟通项目状态; 

Timely and appropriate communication of project status according to established practice.

·    促进核心团队的团队建设(包括更广泛的团队) 

Facilitate team-building in Core Teams  (and the wider project team(s))

·    通过激励和培训(包括绩效反馈)加强团队工作效率; 

Motivating and coaching to become an efficient team, including performance feedback

·    促进团队达成共识,共有权和共同责任。 

Promoting a common understanding, joint ownership and responsibility.

3.       开发能力Development responsibilities 

·    参与公司的项目管理流程和技能的开发。 

Participating in development of project management processes and skills of the organization

4.       上级分配的其他临时性任务。

Help complete temporary task assigned by supervisor.
