Responsibilities
Location Jiangsu, Jiangsu CN Job ID REQ-058043- 根据主计划及时安排工单下发产线，跟踪工单及时关闭率
Release production plan to manufacturing team according MPS. Monitor the OTD of job order close.
- 监控库存水平，确保库存数量准确，避免缺货或过剩
Monitor stock levels, ensure accuracy, and prevent shortage /over stocks
- 定期分析库存周转率，提出优化建议
Analysis inventory turnover rate and propose optimization strategies.
- 了解工厂的产能情况，生产设备效率，人力支持与工作强度
Well understand the capacity, equipment efficiency, manpower availability to control the workload and overtime working of manufacturing team
- 支持新物料及产品按SKU进行主数据完善
Support to complete SKU master file for new product
- 识别流程瓶颈，提出成本节约或效率提升方案
Identify bottlenecks and propose cost-saving or process improvement solutions.
- 安全管理
Safety management
- 部门主管交办的其它事宜
Others works assigned by supervisor
- 计划相关工作经验，本科以上学历
- related work experience, bachelor’s degree or above.
- 熟悉Office软件应用
Familiar with Office software application
- 身体健康，责任心强，抗压能力强
Good health, strong sense of responsibility and strong pressure resistance.
- 五年以上计划工作经验，能熟练操作SAP系统，有SAP成品发货操作经验, 有工厂搬迁、系统上线工作经验的优先考虑
More than five years planning experience, SAP product delivery experience is preferred; Skillfully operate SAP system, SAP finished product delivery operation experience；Experience in plant transfer and system launch is preferred.
