Responsibilities
Location Jiangsu, JiangsuCN Job ID REQ-055081· 负责物料的入库验收：收到物料后，根据送货单和采购单验收物料品号、品名、数 量、生产单 位是否确认无误，并核对外观质量、规格/型号、厂家批号、存储条件及外包装是否符 合要求 Responsible for the check and acceptance of storage materials: after receiving the materials, check the part no., name, quantity, manufacture, according to the delivery note and purchase order, and verifying the appearance, specifications, manufacturers batch number, storage conditions as well as packaging in compliance with the requirements.
· 负责仓库月度循环盘点，及盘点的差异原因分析、核对等工作 Work on monthly cycle counting, do analysis for the different and improvement, to let management level have clear view about the inventory.
· 仓库设备的点检，日常维护 Spot check and daily maintenance of warehouse equipment
· 负责成品及售后件出货校对 Work for FG & service parts picking, checking, shipment
· 负责保持仓内环境的清洁、整齐和卫生工作；物料按照储存要求有序摆放 In charge of 5s, the environment is maintained. Materials should be placed in an orderly manner according to storage requirements
· 仓库数据 的统计、存档、帐务和系统数据的统计和输入 In charge of material accounting, make sure quantity is correct.
· 仓库文件、流程的完善和制定 Complete and develop warehouse documents and procedures
· 仓库的安全管理 Warehouse safety management
· 仓库的日常改善 Daily improvement.
· 部门主管交办的其它事宜 Others works assigned by supervisor
