On the R&D team, you’ll join 700 scientists, researchers, clinicians, software developers, data scientists and engineers who work in all phases of the product development lifecycle – including concept, planning, development and validation on new product launches and patents. Together, you’ll build next-generation solutions that contribute to food safety, diagnostic innovations, drug development, big data technologies and more. Develop strategic applications to support the reagents and instrument teams- assay technologies such as AlphaLISA, HTRF, DELFIA, Cellular Cytometry and Mobility Shift assays (partial list) and business needs.
Generate application specific technical content for use by Sales and Marketing such as application notes, guides and technical briefs, including writing the document.
Develop applications-based scientific posters and presentations for use at scientific conferences and webinars as well as publications.
Evaluate novel assay technologies for the PerkinElmer portfolio.
Support reagent and instrument demonstrations and trainings for customers.
Work collaboratively with other PerkinElmer organizations in developing applications.
Bachelors in Science degree and 2+ years experience.
Advanced Degree in Biochemistry or related field and 0 years of experience.
