The main responsibility of this position is to provide life science technical support to customers and internal staff.
Provide professional support on PerkinElmer Life Science products ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Provides technical support to customers and staff in the commercial channel of PerkinElmer Life science research reagents, assay kits and consumables.
Provide support via email, phone or database
Document product inquiries and cases in CRM tracking database
Interacts with internal organizations (Customer Care, R&D, Manufacturing, Sales and Product Management)
File product complaints in Quality database and communicate investigation, resolution to customers and interested parties
Participate on new product introduction, product improvement and quality teams
Diagnose problems and escalate issues when needed
Provide feedback from customers to internal interested parties when requested
Excellent technical communication skills are necessary to positively interact with customers and internal staff. Successful candidates will be self-starters who can independently manage their time and schedules.
Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences
2+ years of laboratory experience
