Role Description

  • Design, development, verification and documentation of mechanical parts and assemblies for our High Content Screening product line.

  • Creation of 3D design and 2D drawing using SolidWorks

  • Investigates problems with machinery and suggests and implements solutions.

  • Conducts part and product testing by carrying out of assembly, startup and testing of prototype items.

Expectations:

  • Completed degree as a designer / technician or completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering; Physical engineering; MikroSystemTechnik or comparable.

  • 3+ years of working experience in the field of mechanical engineering; experience with project work.

  • Relevant experience in the field of precision engineering.

  • Solid knowledge of SolidWorks (experience with ePDM desirable).

  • Team player, quick comprehension, and an analytical, structured and systematic approach

  • Good communication skills in German and English
