Responsibilities
Location Guangdong, Guangdong CN Job ID REQ-058040Responsibilities:
- Teaming with Sales Representatives on sales calls and visits, and acting as a technical consultant to provide prospective customers with technical information and perform product demonstrations to assist with their purchasing decision; Works with vendors, partners, and sales to ensure that optimum systems solutions are provided to new and existing customers.
- Running demo samples in demo lab; Develops and applies methods and new techniques to provide solutions to customers.
- Provide software and application training, trouble shooting, method develop in post-sales support.
- Understand customers’ current and future needs and design relative application strategy.
- Interact with the scientific community and market via key applications, publications, conference presentations, and patents.
- Be a team player.
Requirements:
- Bachelor/Master’s degree or above in chemistry, food safety, Analytical Chemistry, or related field.
- Hands-on NIR experience is required
- Passionate about working in lab to develop applications for customer needs.
- Strong customer-orientation
- Ability to manage and leverage on external and internal resources to resolve issues and meet customer needs.
- Excellent group interaction skills and negotiating skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Up to 50% travel required for customer support and meeting
