PerkinElmer is opening a position of HR Manager, Netherlands based in Groningen.
The HR Manager, Netherlands partners with the local management team of the respective sites on all people and engagement matters including performance management/ improvement initiatives and retention management as well as culture building mechanisms.
Provide coaching and guidance to managers at all levels
Rollout of HR initiatives and HR Policies
Effectively resolve employee relations issues within all legal and compliance guidelines and statutes, as well as PerkinElmer Leadership Values
Together with the HR Service Team deliver on the foundational HR activities and keep our sites compliant with the respective legal environment
Develop and implement HR initiatives in alignment with the business strategy for the assigned units and the overall PerkinElmer and EMEAI HR goals
Requirements for the role
Bachelor degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related field, CIPD qualification beneficial
Minimum 3 years HR experience as HR Manager or HR Business Partner in an international setting
Extensive knowledge and experience of Employee Relation issues within in a large corporate business with proven track record of providing strong HR advice to internal stakeholders
Strong sense of urgency, combined with getting work done in complete, accurate detail and in accordance with company standards and policies.
Prior experience of having worked with Production environment is required along with solid experience of collaboration with works council.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective on-going relationships
High energy individual willing to get involved in all aspects of HR that can drive organizational change, talent development and bottom line growth
Ability to function well independently, demonstrate ownership and self-sufficiency for project management and the achievement of agreed upon results
Demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment – preferably in an American company - working on multiple projects with constantly changing priorities and deadlines
Excellent English communication skills (written, verbal) and interpersonal skills
Know-how of labor law in respective jurisdiction
Self-sufficient in the usage of relevant HR tools such as MyWorkday and respective local tools through all levels of the organization including executives, business partners, line operations and peers, as well as experience operating in a global matrix environment
