The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, focusing primarily on timely and accurate data transactions in the SAP system. This includes goods receipt, goods issue, inventory movement, cycle counting, and system reconciliation. The role ensures data integrity, supports warehouse efficiency, and helps maintain compliance with company procedures and regulatory standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely data entry for all warehouse transactions in SAP (e.g., goods receipt, goods issue, stock transfer, return deliveries).
- Monitor and update stock movement, consumption, and inventory records in SAP.
- Ensure all materials and products are correctly recorded with the appropriate codes, batch numbers, and storage locations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for daily inbound and outbound activities.
- Verify and update shipment and receiving documentation in the SAP system.
- Assist in inventory management activities such as stock counting, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Generate and analyze inventory and transactional reports from SAP to support operational decisions.
- Ensure all SAP data entries comply with internal control policies, quality standards, and audit requirements.
- Support process improvement initiatives related to warehouse digitization, system accuracy, and inventory control.
- Liaise with the IT or SAP support team to resolve system-related issues or improvements.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, engineering and quality teams to ensure alignment of materials flow and data.
- Provide support during internal or external audits with required SAP records and documents.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/GCE “O” level or equivalent qualifications.
- At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in warehouse or inventory coordination within a manufacturing or related industry.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems such as SAP or equivalent ERP systems is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for basic reporting and record keeping.
- Willingness to work overtime when required, based on production needs.
- Good oral and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors/logistics partners.
