Responsibilities

Data Collection and Analysis:
- Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
Dashboard Development:
- Design, create and enhance dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against strategic goals.
- Provide regular reports to the Chief of Staff and other stakeholders.
Data Quality Assurance:
- Ensure data accuracy and reliability by implementing quality assurance measures.
- Identify and address data discrepancies or inconsistencies.
Strategic Support:
- Assist in developing and executing strategies to drive value creation within the organization.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making processes.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Effectively communicate data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment of data analytics efforts with broader organizational objectives.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably within a private equity-backed environment or consulting firm
- Number of years of experience – 3 to 4 years of experience in data analysis/visualization with at least 1 year of experience with any of the tools
- Key tools experience
- Power BI / Alteryx / Python / Tableau / SQL
- ERP system – SAP / Salesforce/ ServiceMax / Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is an added advantage
- Open to any industry
- Analyse large data sets and analyze both commercial and operational aspect
- Monitor data trends and identify problem areas, build trackers and dashboard from scratch
