Responsibilities
Location Buenos Aires, Capital FederalAR Job ID REQ-056378Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
Expected >50% of the time in the field leading the team and interacting with customers
Lead and motivate the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support
Collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful sale and delivery of products or services
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, identifying opportunities and potential threats
Prepare and present reports on sales performance and projections to the management team
Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to continually improve sales effectiveness
Leverage market visibility through best CRM (Sales Force) management practices, ensuring adoption, sales funnel health, lead qualification, and opportunity progression.
Work with the Marketing team to create a schedule of activities for the region, allocate investments and return on capital
Provide periodic forecasts of Orders & Sales for your region, updating risks, upsides and a realistic closing scenario.
