Responsibilities
Location Buenos Aires, Capital FederalAR Job ID REQ-056527- Install, calibrate, and commission equipment at customer locations.
- Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to ensure equipment functionality.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
- Train customers in the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
- Document service activities, including repairs, maintenance, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Travel to customer sites as required, often on short notice.
Basic Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, Electronics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Native Spanish fluency, English knowledge.
Preferred Characteristics
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours.
