Job Summary & Responsibilities:
PerkinElmer is seeking a product manager to join our team and ensure that our solutions deliver value to our customers. As a product manager, you will represent the voice of the customer for solutions relating to and improving the customer digital experience. You will also monitor market and industry trends and ensure customer success with the solutions. To be successful in this role, you should possess the ability to contribute appropriate solution-related insights and strategies and identify new solution features that provide our customers with a competitive edge.

Responsibilities
- Prioritization of product features based on business and customer value
- Articulate the value of the OneSource solutions to internal and external customers
- Collaborate with development teams on architectural enhancements
- Provide high level technical and product support to customers and internal teams
- Ensure customers continue to be successful with solution implementations
- Develop product collateral to communicate value and accelerate sales cycles
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering or Computer Science and years of experience with enterprise B2B software solutions OR
- Associate's degree with 4 years of experience with enterprise B2B software solutions
- Experience with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience in presenting technical and business content to large and small audiences
- Experience of software technologies and architectures
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master of Business Administration
- Experience with SaaS solutions
- Understanding of Life Sciences market
- Experience with Asset Management programs and processes
Requires travel domestically and internationally (maximum 20%)
