Responsibilities
Location Boston, MassachusettsUS Job ID REQ-055142- Support Mass Spectrometry-based proteomics workflows for target discovery, identification and validation.
- Collaborate closely with proteomics scientists and colleagues in Chemistry, Pharmacology, and Disease Area Biology functions to identify and quantify proteins from biologically relevant tissues, organs, and cells.
- Use liquid handling robots (Hamilton and Agilent systems) to do experiements.
- Do Western Blotting, cell culture, protein extraction, immunoassays and so on related experiments.
- Flexibility to accommodate to rapidly changing priorities and deadlines
- 'First-responder' for troubleshooting and error recovery.
- Maintain training and compliance in areas of health and safety, security, environmental and operational aspects of daily activities in the working environment.
