Responsible for the market promotion and sales of analytical instruments across Shandong Province, developing regional sales plans to achieve the company's sales revenue and profit targets.
• Identify and develop new customers within the region, explore potential customer needs, establish comprehensive customer profiles, maintain relationships with existing key clients, and enhance customer satisfaction and repeat purchase rates.
• Manage end-to-end sales processes, including product demonstrations, technical exchanges, quotation negotiations, contract signings, and payment follow-ups.
• Provide timely feedback on regional market dynamics, competitor intelligence, and changes in customer demands to support product iteration and marketing strategy adjustments.
Collaborate with the company's marketing department to organize regional promotional activities, technical seminars, and other events to enhance brand awareness and influence in the local market.
