Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales Representatives on sales calls and customer visits, acting as a technical consultant to provide prospective customers with professional technical information and conduct product demonstrations, so as to assist customers in making purchasing decisions. Cooperate with vendors, partners and the sales team to ensure optimal system solutions are delivered to both new and existing customers.
• Operate and manage demo samples in the demo lab; develop and apply scientific methods and new techniques to provide effective solutions for customer needs and challenges.
• Provide comprehensive post-sales support, including software and application training, technical troubleshooting, and method development, to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth product operation.
• Proactively understand customers’ current and future needs, design relevant application strategies, and provide professional suggestions to support customer business development.
• Engage with the scientific and industry community, promote the MatChar product line through key applications, industry publications, conference presentations, and patent applications.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, demonstrate strong teamwork spirit, and contribute to the overall development of the material line business.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Analytical Chemistry, Materials Science or related fields.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience, with proven capability in method development in advanced materials, materials and other related industries.
• Strong ability to manage and leverage internal and external resources to resolve technical issues efficiently and meet customer needs in a timely manner.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and strong teamwork capabilities, able to work effectively with sales teams, customers and internal colleagues.
• Self-driven, with a strong willingness to learn continuously, and able to keep pace with the latest technological developments in the material analysis field.
