Principal Field Application Scientist

Responsibilities
•  Teaming with Sales Representatives on sales calls and visits and acting as a technical consultant to provide prospective customers with technical information and perform product demonstrations to assist with their purchasing decision; Works with vendors, partners, and sales to ensure that optimum systems solutions are provided to new and existing customers. 
•  Running demo samples in demo lab; Develops and applies methods and new techniques to provide solutions to customers. 
•  Provide software and application training, trouble shooting, method develop in post-sales support. 
•  Understand customers’ current and future needs and design related application strategy.
•  Interact with the scientific and industry community and market via key applications publications, conference presentations, and patents.
•  Be a team player.
Basic Qualifications
•  Master’s degree or above in analytical chemistry, materials or related field. 
•  3 years of experience and demonstrated method development capability with AA/ICP/ICP-MS systems, especially in semiconductors, advance materials, metals and other industries. 
•  Ability to manage and leverage on external and internal resources to resolve issues and meet customer needs.
•  Strong communication ability and teamwork capabilities.
•  Self-driven and continuously learning ability.
