Responsibilities
Location Beijing, BeijingCN Job ID REQ-056349• Teaming with Sales Representatives on sales calls and visits, and acting as a technical consultant to provide prospective customers with technical information and perform product demonstrations to assist with their purchasing decision; Works with vendors, partners, and sales to ensure that optimum systems solutions are provided to new and existing customers.
• Running demo samples in demo lab; Develops and applies methods and new techniques to provide solutions to customers.
• Provide software and application training, trouble shooting, method develop in post-sales support.
• Understand customers’ current and future needs and design relative application strategy.
• Interact with the scientific community and market via key applications, publications, conference presentations, and patents.
• Be a team player.
