Location Bangkok, Bangkok TH Job ID REQ-058116The Customer Service Engineer provides highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems. Checks out and approves operational quality of system equipment. Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system. Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects. Interprets customers’ needs and clarifies if the responsibility for problem resolution falls to sales personnel, customer support reps, or engineers. This job may include any aspect of field support, and is not limited to system hardware and software, PCs, and networking/wireless networking. This job provides customer support.
Perform machine installation setup, training, and machine commissioning on new machine.
Provide after sales service supports to our customers which include maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
Responsible for scheduling and performing preventative maintenance.
Coordinate with the customer care to prepare quotation, manage inventory and ensure timely delivery to enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsible to prepare and submit progress service & maintenance report.
Ensure all service is completed within standard procedure.
To support After Market team in delivering sales contract and consumable target.
To trained junior employees and provide support when necessary.
To perform other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
Academic Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
Work Experience & Requirement:
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in repair, maintenance, and installation of analytical instruments.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Have own transport and willing to travel domestic and overseas.
- Self-motivated, pro-active, analytical mind set and good problem-solving skill.
- Able to negotiate and commitment in meeting customer requirement schedules.
- Computer literate, knowledge in MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
