PerkinElmer, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join its Diagnostics group as Junior Product Manager for the nucleic acid purification (Chemagic) Product Portfolio. The ideal candidate will be an important part of the team by assisting in the commercial expansion of Chemagic products in the EMEA region (Europe, the Middle East and Africa) and will be based in the region.

Key responsibilities:
Product consultation to customers, commercial sales and field application scientists
Product demonstration at customer site or application lab
Product positioning by understanding market trends, customer needs and competitors
Product differentiation by leveraging PerkinElmer Applied Genomics portfolio
Product growth to surpass revenue goal in the region
Key requirements:
PhD, Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a discipline related to life sciences
Experience in instruments and kits for Nucleic Acid Purification is preferred to have but not mandatory
Experience in liaising with customers
Willingness to travel internationally to travel up to 75% within Europe
English fluency is mandatory, German fluency is good to have
Achievement oriented.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills combined with the ability to provide quick resolution to problems
