Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Aiding in management of business analytics and forecasting for monthly, quarterly, yearly, and long-term goals
  • Effectively communicate insights and data findings to influence decision-making, and drive action to achieve business results
  • Cross functional collaboration with Finance, Legal, Billing, and Sales in management of RFPs, LSAs, billing reports, invoices
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to optimize IC plan design and implement plan changes and support sales contest design and implementation.
  • Aide Sales leadership to manage territory alignment process and changes to the team
  • Act as the key contact point for Sales team regarding finance and customer data-related questions.
  • Work with internal stakeholders at each global site to establish best practices and SOPs related to commercial operations
  • Drive enhancements and process improvements with internal business tools: LIMS, SpotFire, etc.
  • Engage with the Marketing and Sales team to execute on Sales meetings planning, content, and launch excellence
  • Travel periodically based on customer and business need, estimated at less than 40%
  • Other duties and responsibilities as requested by supervisor, Director of Scientific and Commercial Operations, Global Labs

Basic Qualifications:   

  • Bachelor’s degree in science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial operations in a health care or laboratory setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic genetic concepts and terminology
  • Strong communication and presentation skills as evidenced through impactful presentations.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills to set priorities, develop and manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
  • Effective interpersonal skills to influence cross-functional teams by gaining buy-in and promoting shared project ownership.
  • Proven track record of strong problem-solving skills and cross-functional collaboration to develop as well as execute plans to drive business results
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience working in a LIMS, CRM, and other online customer portals
  • Efficient with prioritizing and multi-tasking, including being productive while handling re-directions and interruptions based upon business needs
