Purpose

Responsible for planning and managing company resources to execute projects or project components from design phase through implementation. Documents and understands requirements that allows the project team to execute on the deliverables. Identify and communicate project scope to ensure program milestones and objectives are met. Drive accountability and ownership throughout the cross functional teams. Ensure effective communication between technical and non-technical functions. Coordinate project schedules and assign tasks. Keep management informed of key issues and changes which may impact expected business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day to day activity and resource planning of project team, ensuring effective delivery of project tasks, deliverables, and milestones on time, and within specification and or agreed upon project scope and budget.
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions with internal and external stakeholders with the goal to uncover detailed requirements and interdependencies between workstreams/functions.
  • Lead reoccurring meetings for projects and daily operations.
  • Monitor, assign, and communicate risks of projects and daily operations to stakeholders.
  • Present updates to leadership on a regular basis.
  • Generate reports based on a predefined schedule.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in management, business, or related field of study.
  • 1-year of relevant experience in business analysis or project management.

Preferred

  • Certified Associate in Project Management certification.
  • 2-years of relevant experience in managing clients, people, processes.

Software Tools

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project.

Domain Knowledge

  • Ability to grasp the high-level requirements and translate them into a more detailed understanding of the process.

Communication

  • Demonstrate exceptional communication / presentation skills in verbal and written communications, following generally accepted rules of style and form.

Travel

  • Up to 50% domestic travel
